In collaboration with Alfred University and The Corning Museum of Glass, Light Up The Night in Riverfront Park provides local glass artists an opportunity to exhibit one-of-a-kind contemporary neon and glass sculpture for an outdoor audience. With the picturesque backdrop of Corning’s Historic Market Street and Centerway Square, Light Up The Night in Riverfront Park will display a gallery of unique works throughout Riverfront Centennial Park. Families are invited to stroll the park, enjoy live music and new this year – fireworks on Saturday night. Join us for an unforgettable evening!
During Light Up The Night, enjoy a number of activities, including:
- Live Music with Virgil Cain on Friday night
- Live Music with DSB, “America’s Favorite Tribute to Journey” on Saturday night
- A spectacular fireworks display on Saturday night
- One-of-a-kind illuminated sculptures from regional artists
- A synchronized light show over the Riverfront Centennial Park fountain
- FREE novelty glow items for kids
